In the field of plastic manufacturing, various processes are used to create products. Some of the common manufacturing processes in RETAX Technologies are:
Phase 1: Consultation
Do you have an excellent idea that you want to bring to life or do you have a problem that needs to be solved? The first step is to understand your brief through our consultation phase. During this phase, we'll gather all the details we need from you to move forward effectively.
Phase 2: Research
Our dedicated team will launch into a discovery phase to understand the market, customers, competitors and product in more detail. This thorough exploration will set us up for success as we move forward.
Phase 3: Ideation & Product Innovation
Following the research phase, our industrial designers will articulate the vision by using CAD design software to create a 2D or 3D drawing of the product. This step helps us bring the product's vision to life and prepare it for the next stages.

Phase 4: Prototyping
To bring the vision to life very early on in the manufacturing process our team will produce in-house rapid prototype with FDM, SLA and CNC capabilities. This process ensures that we can identify any design improvements or adjustments that might be needed before we start making a large number of products.

Phase 5: Toolmaking
Our industrial designers and engineers will work collaboratively to build a tool that is 'fit for purpose' for the manufacturing process.

Phase 6: Manufacturing
After tool and mold making phase, our team at RETAX will launch into injection molding process. This is when we use those molds to create the final plastic products.

Phase 7: Packaging & Delivery
Finally, our team will put everything together, like assembling the parts, then we'll carefully pack the finished product. After that, we'll make sure it gets safely delivered to you. This way, we take care of everything from start to finish.
